Refund Policy

Cases where Proxiesafe issues refunds:

  • If the customer overpays during the purchasing process.
  • In the event of an issue not caused by the customer and cannot be resolved, applicable to subscription payments:
  1. Within the first 10 days, 100% of the paid service package amount will be refunded.
  2. From day 11 onwards, the refund will be based on the remaining actual months of usage.
    For example: A 1-month package, if you use it for 10 days and encounter an issue, you will be refunded for the remaining 20 days, corresponding to 60% of the paid service package amount.

Refund methods and timeframes:
Applicable when using the payment gateway (account used for payment at the time of service purchase).

Proxiesafe will process refunds within 5 days from the cancellation of the order, or when we confirm the refund to the customer; via the payment method used.

Estimated time for the customer to receive the refund into their account is as follows: excluding weekends, holidays:

  • Domestic cards (Napas): up to 10 working days.
  • International cards (Visa/Mastercard/JCB): from 30 to 45 working days or 1 billing cycle depending on the issuing organization/bank.
